What is Antwerp Internet Art ?

The project Antwerp Internet Art (ANINA) is working on a website for projects about online art. The organisators are inviting artists to take part in this initiative. For this project all kinds of virtual art can be considered, including technologies such as cam, mail and other interactive possibilities (audiovisual, multimedia). But also projects of photographers and other more traditional artistic formats in a virtual form can be selected.

Antwerp Internet Art wants to make up, in cooporation with the artists, a program all the year around.

Every two months, the project aims to present a new artistic project. On the website http://www.anina.be, individual artists get the possibility to create online initiatives. Together with the artist, Antwerp Internet Art, wants to look for a location, on which the virtual exposition is presented and shown in the offline, real world and a broad public. This event will last one evening, at the same time the project will be launched online.
